Welcome to Pace Setter Athletic Track Club also known as PSA Track Club. Our intent is to introduce young athletes to the exciting world of track and field and to provide experienced athletes an opportunity to extend their training into the Junior Olympics. The club is open to athletes 8 to 18. An athlete on the fringes of those years is eligible if he/she turns 8 anytime this year, or will be 18 during the Junior Olympic National Meet (see calendar).
The cost is $40 per athlete which covers the USATF membership (required) and uniform. The USATF is the National Governing Body for track & field, long distance, and race walking in the United States.
The focus will be on fitness and fun. Athletes will not be required to attend practices in order to compete unless they are part of a relay team, but it is highly recommend they attend regularly. Athletes will be encouraged to try a variety of events to find the ones they enjoy the most.
