Fitness and Fun!

Try a variety of events.
Requirements for joining the club are:
 
1. A completed Personal Information/Waiver form
2. $40 club fee
3. Copy of birth certificate for first time USATF members.
 
Print the form below and fill it out.  Send the form, your registration fee and a copy of the birth certificate to:

After the completed application has been received, we will register the athlete as a USATF member.  The registration information will be forwarded to the club coach, Tom Hayes.
